Dunbarton Police Investigate Residential Burglary and Theft from Local Business
The Dunbarton Police Department is investigating a theft of several thousand feet of copper wire from Capital Well Company which is located on Concord Stage Road. The theft took place sometime between October 21 and October 24. A variety of heavy gauge copper electrical wire and welding leads with an estimated value of approximately $2500.00-$3000.00 were stolen from a storage area on the property.
On October 26 police responded to a report of a residential burglary on Mansion Road. The burglary took place sometime between 7AM and 8PM. The suspect(s) forced entry into the home through a basement door. A large amount of assorted jewelry was taken during the burglary.
